Shipping policy

All shipments are made through Canada Post. Each product is inspected carefully before shipment. Please check products once received for any potential damage caused during the shipping process.

Made-to-order items take about 2-3 weeks for me to make before they can be shipped out.

Shipping on home decor items can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on stock levels. If an item will take longer than 3 weeks to ship out to you, you will receive an email letting you know an estimated arrival time.

Although shipping estimate times are provided they are subject to change without notice. Delays can be expected depending on volume of shipments. Please allow for extra time if products don't arrive.
